Weight Bridge Truck Integration

Weight Bridge Truck Integration is an industrial IoT solution that modernizes a legacy weighbridge system at PT. Keramindo Megah Pertiwi, in service since 1998. The project uses a Raspberry Pi 3 to intercept and decode raw RS-232/236 serial communication from original hardware, digitizing previously isolated data. By leveraging the custom "samudra-scale" Python library, the system translates raw byte data into real-time weight metrics (KG), accounting for vehicle tare and liquid adjustments. The solution includes a web-based dashboard for vehicle registration, monitoring, and automated reporting. This integration transformed a three-decade-old scale into a modern, data-driven asset, improving transparency and accuracy without expensive hardware replacements.

Paranode

Paranode is a lightweight IoT library for ESP32 and ESP8266 microcontrollers that provides a high-performance WebSocket bridge between hardware and cloud services. Inspired by Blynk, it enables real-time monitoring, telemetry capture, and remote command handling with a focus on production-grade efficiency. The library is heavily optimized for resource-constrained environments, achieving up to 60% less memory usage and 40% faster transmission through advanced C++ templates and custom JSON building. Key features include an offline message queuing system (up to 20 messages), automatic reconnection logic, and a secure heartbeat mechanism for reliable connectivity. By offering a type-safe, template-based API, Paranode empowers developers to build scalable solutions ranging from simple sensor nodes to complex industrial monitoring systems.

Glucare

Glucare is a health technology app designed to help users monitor their well-being via a smartphone. Initiated in 2022 as a capstone project during the IT training program by Kemenristekdikti in collaboration with Google, GoTo, and Traveloka, Glucare was recognized among the top 15 nominees and received funding support from Google. The app includes three main features — Gluassist, GluControl, and GluCheck — aimed at making health checks, particularly early diabetes detection, simple and accessible. Glucare will soon be available on Google Playstore and Apple Appstore, providing users with a seamless digital health experience.
